CAD Control Systems is pleased to announce that we have expanded our global commitment to quality and exceptional service through our partnership with Woodhouse International.As part of the commitment to providing the best possible products and service to the region we have promoted Mark Brupbacher to the position of Senior Service Representative for the Middle East and relocated him to Dubai, UAE. Mark has long been considered our top overseas service representative and brings to this position 13 years of experience. He has earned a reputation for being a consummate professional and possesses an extensive knowledge base in all types of BOP Control Systems, as well as, our entire product line.
This new position allows us to provide our overseas customers an enhanced level of service, reduce the cost associated with overseas travel, and provide service to our customers much faster. Mark’s new responsibilities will include:
On site service calls for land and offshore
Installation and commissioning for new equipment
Pre-drilling operation inspection
Site evaluations for new equipment installations
Technical assistance and recommendations for existing equipment
Replacement parts for repairs and customer inventory evaluation
Liaison between our customers and the engineering and service staff of CAD Control Systems
The Middle Eastern community has been, and will continue to be, a very important part of the success of CAD Control Systems. It is with a great deal of excitement that we have expanded our service operations with the promotion of Mark Brupbacher to this position and a sign of our continued commitment to our Middle Eastern customers.
